Magnesium deficiencies are one of the most common nutritional problems. A low level of magnesium makes nearly every disease worse and if you are too low you die! But worse is that without adequate levels of magnesium you CAN NOT HEAL!
See in the video below how easily you can replenish you magnesium levels in a very short time. There are 3 ways to absorb large amounts of Magnesium into your body.
- Magnesium is the single most important mineral for maintaining proper electrical balance and facilitating smooth metabolism in the cells.
- Magnesium protects the cell against oxyradical damage, assists in the absorption and metabolism of B vitamins, as well as vitamins C and E.
- Magnesium protects the brain from the toxic effects of chemicals and is associated with glutathione production.
- Magnesium is a vital catalyst in enzyme activity, especially for those involved in energy production.
- A healthy immune system is driven by white blood cells that require good magnesium levels.
- Magnesium is directly linked to the body’s production of DHEA, often called the “Feel Good Hormone.” DHEA levels dramatically decline with age.
- It can reduce fatigue and stress and is a component of every healthy muscle cell.
- Magnesium stabilizes ATP and enables DNA and RNA transcription and repair.
It is actually crucial for everyone to take a magnesium supplement. Unfortunately, oral magnesium is poorly absorbed. This is because of gastrointestinal disorders, medications, and the laxative effect of magnesium. Magnesium can be given intravenously, which will increase the levels by 100 percent.
Another very good way to bring up the magnesium level is to use magnesium oil. Magnesium oil (magnesium chloride) is a natural substance that can be applied to the skin or used in one’s bath water, like Epsom salts.
Magnesium chloride is the first and most important item in any person’s cancer treatment strategy. It takes about three to four months to drive up cellular magnesium levels, but within days patients will commonly experience its life-saving, healing effects.
While we visited all the different cancer clinics we learned that many of them fill up your depots with IV – Zink, Selenium & Magnesium and many vitamins but never really looked into the magnesium compound separately.
Then in preparation for the workshop and while finishing our workbook we received a copy of the book TRANS DERMAL MAGNESIUM THERAPY from Mark Sicus Ac. O.M.D. and learned how important Magnesium really is.
Magnesium deficiencies are one of the most common nutritional problems. A low level of magnesium makes nearly every disease worse, and it’s almost impossible to recover from any diseases without high Magnesium levels.
Heavy metals for example poison us by disrupting our cellular enzymes, which run on nutritional minerals such as magnesium, zinc, and selenium. As your Magnesium levels are low toxic metals can bind their receptor sites, affecting nerves, hormones, digestion, and immune function. You don’t want that.

Magnesium oil recommended by Dr. Mark Sircus is called “Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil.”

I have just re read my last post and realised it appeared as though I was discrediting the mentioned magnesium oil. This was not my intent (I have no personal experience with this product I used another product that was all inclusive), My intention was to state that you must make sure you take the rest of the nutritional requirements that are needed to absorb magnesium properly and Himalayan Salt etc could help towards that. Thank you.
Hi if you take magnesium you must take at least 11 other minerals (including Vit D, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc etc) otherwise it goes in and out of the body without proper absorption. Whilst I encourage others to take the highest quality nutrition no one in their right mind doses high in one mineral, vitamin, trace element etc and that includes Vit C (as it must be taken with other vitamins to be absorbed properly). You probably would be better off having Himalayen Salt until you find a better product with more balance. I myself rid myself of a so called incurable cancer (we all know what that means with conventional medicine) within 9 wks following proper nutritional protocol and removing all toxins (as much as I have control over) in my home, personal care uses. Why this as well because certain toxic chemicals prevent the proper absorption of nutrition. So whilst you may be doing one thing right it is counteracted by continual use of toxins in our personal care products. My biggest warning is be careful what you pay for cheap is cheap for a reason. I hope that helps clear up a bit of the confusion for you. If you need more clarification please contact me via email.
I did use this when first diagnosed with cancer however i found it made my skinny so very itchy and just wanted to wash it off asap. Has anyone else had this experience or is this unusal….?
When it itches then you have a very low intracellular level of magnesium. That’s when you need it most. If you keep using it you will see that the tinkling gets less and then vanished. You have to step through this phase in order to get the full benefits. It’s GOOD for you
Yes, I guessed Magnesium. I have been using Magnesium oil or Magnesium gel transdermally for many years. I get it from a great little company called Global Light Network.
Hi Marcus
Yes..guessed Magnesium Oil as I am currentlyl using Ancient Minerals magnesium…get mine from a supplier in Cork, as I live in Ireland. But was glad to see additional ways of using it from Dr Sircus…whose newsletter I get.
Thanks
Ann
